The institution date of our department goes back to about 31 years ago when the Isfahan University of Technology (IUT) was established. Since that time, 2160 graduates from our department have been actively involved in all areas of civil engineering discipline, including Structural, Geotechnical and Highway Engineering, Environmental and Water Resources Management, both inside the country and abroad. The Department of Civil Engineering is active both in undergraduate and graduate levels by having currently about 460 undergraduate students and 185 graduate students (including MSc and PhD students). Please look around the site for more information on our many programs, curricula, research, or simply to get a feel for what Civil Engineering at IUT is all about.
